Iraq Moratorium Almost Live Blog

Hi All,

I just wanted to let you know that we have the almost live blog up and running.  After your event please come submit a piece at Iraq Moratorium  You can get to the submissions page by clicking on the Read what others have been doing! And don’t forget to add your news!Click here! link.

We would love to hear what you did, how many people were at your event, if you got any media coverage, and of course your pictures, and videos.

Once you submit, one of us will check it over to make sure you aren’t a war monger posting to annoy everyone, and publish it to the blog.

Here’s to hoping it grows every month!

  1. that website is awesome…i cant wait to read up on everyone’s experiences.

i do the 9 am pony party diaries, so if a 3rd friday rolls around where i forget to mention the moratorium, please feel free to bat me about the head (with a ribbon).

i want to try to keep that a.m. reminder, but im desperately time/date challenged.

  2. And a BIG thank you to Patriot for all the terrific work she’s doing on the Iraq Moratorium website!

  3. There were about 30 or so Gray Panthers on 3 corners of a busy street in Berkeley. LOTS of cars honking.  There’s another protest at the BART in Oakland during the evening commute.  I’m going there after I get off work.  I’ll post more pics later and send a link to the Iraq Moratorium site.

    I love these ladies!

Thanks and high praise to you Alma. I didn’t know you were involved with the IM site.  Good work!

  4. downtown today — ugh!  Terrible traffic, but I had a sign with the ribbon symbol on the backend of my car, a ribbon off my window and an armband with numbers on it, so I suppose that’s worth something right there!

Thanks, Alma, for this news and all of your efforts therein.  You are super in my book!  😉
