Af for Afghanistan, there’s so much bullshit about it I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. Nearly everything about that specific conflict that is reported is misleading bullshit. No one in the MSM comes even close to describing the situation. They treat us like idiots because, frankly, we are (collectively) idiots. Americans are deliberately and cosciously ignorant of history and geo-politics. They (we) are utterly ignorant as to the actual structure of international relationships and why we are at war in the oil and energy regions and who the actors are and what the agendas are–and you know what, I’m not going to go into it. But there is an academic who writes about this stuff with some intelligence and understanding.
