The Last of Lasthorseman:They Pull You Back In

For many reasons. On my last unemployment extension, old root canals are breaking apart, the tumor on my leg is getting bigger and I met my sociomom’s head doctor and I have absolutely no business loping hyper horses down rocky trails at my age, 54 with only the Mass mandatory junk insurance.

One both left and right leaning political places my often hyperbolic rhetoric is falling on deaf ears.  Thus I am wasting my time in venues oriented towards political anything.

I do understand my worldview has developed into something normal people just don’t understand as such comments and essays are interpreted as rude crude impolite and or other technobabble of freeping the narrowminded tracks of threads.  Whatever.  I am not now, nor have I ever been racist or any other non-PC label you may decide to assign to me based upon essays, comments, the permanently searchable internet digital records of the very persona Lasthorseman.

I am a 54 year old kid and my three year old grandson can tell you so.

I want to live and let live.  Be self reliant, leave the enviornment intact, tolerate the beliefs of others.  I would like to earn money by not fucking other people for it.  I wanted to “wake people up” to things I am rather incoherently passionate about.  That major thing is 911 truth but even before that my anti-establishment free spirit self was entertaining Chariots of the Gods and my personal experiences with the paranormal world.

I never meant to harm.  You may dismiss my rants about the technologies of Satan, the evil globalists wanting another 10 billion, peak oil, peak resources and or wiping out 6 billion or so people just so said evil globalists can maintain their positions as top of the food chain pontificating experts telling you what to do.  I give up, retire. After all it’s just tin foil hattery Dark Mission and 268 million other Google hits that don’t exist.

Subjects you just can’t bring up at the office watercooler, oh, I date myself, the office free coffee machine.  Is it casual Friday?  Have you signed off on the corporate compliance training?

I can and will connect to people more of my mindset, the projectcamelot types, the wearechange.org people.  I am after all just an American peasant watching a sex escorts special on Tv about $3500 dollar call girls who speak four languanges.  The entire industry enabled by the internet.  Technologies of Satan aside I know my horses know the trail, my wife is my only partner in life, sociomom is still my mother and when unemployment runs out I will have to suck somebody’s corporate cock again for money to eat.  If that opportunity should present itself.

This just in about Rachel, way to go girl.

  1. that the high priced call girls catering to the elite assholes want an escape from the Orwellian bullshit their world demands of them.

  2. The illumnati et al are above my pay-grade, and frankly, I don’t need them to make my case against the new world order, which is nakedly visible to all in the form of well-known actors using increasingly well-known scripts and scams.  Making those scripts and scams more widely-appreciated to a larger audience is the best I can hope for, and more than I expect.

  3. time moves past us. that’s all there is. time moving past us. in an ever-expanding universe. because everything moves farther and farther away from every other thing.

nothing stops. nothing changes. everything changes. either we are an insignificant splotch not even causing the smallest tremor. or we have changed the entire universe by acknowledging it.

i just don’t know even if we fall somewhere between.

you’ve always had a home here. don’t leave it if you don’t have to.

    Cancun in Novermber eh.

  5. I joined DD back in October of ’09, a wide-eyed n00b looking to get my blogging feet wet. I had lurked at Dkos for 6 years and had no inclination to join, I followed one of buhdy’s links to DD and said to myself “Wow!, this place is cool, I’m jumpin’ in!”

Your writing style immediately caught my eye, although it took a while to figure out what the fook you were talking about, I admired your shooting from the hip style.

You spoke of alternative realities and psychic disturbances that the “lamestream” media avoids like the plague, and I listened.

And now you’re talking of leaving? Yeah, yeah, you can go to projectcamelot and wearechange.org, but you’ll just be bouncing your opinions off the wall of an echo chamber there. Here, there is fertile, unplowed ground to plant in.

    So, don’t go, Shane!

Seriously, one of the best aspects of DD is it’s diversity, we don’t want DD to become a one-trick pony, now do we? Sometimes you just need to think twice or thrice before hitting the “post’ button, I know, I suffer from that malaise too.

    Later, dude…

  6. Are you familiar with the interviews from late 2008 with a man named “James”?

Of all the research I have done in the past 5 years, that particular “James” article hit the nail on the head.

I have not seen another interview with “James” since, though I listened to him on a youtube video.  Interesting voice.

Anyway, It’s nice to know I am not the only loon hangin’ out on a political blog.  Or not.  What will be, will be.

  7. … stumbled across, Les Visible.

    Wish you would stick around.

  8. ‘take it or leave it’ from your link in the Cancun article about says it all. Your narratives I take as Thelasthorseman does lope hyper horses down rocky trails that we would rather not explore. You make as much sense maybe more then any PC, CW, CT, POV or ‘political reality’ based writing I take in and leave on a revolving basis on the internet. You are a good wake up call and your rocky trails are part of the reason I love this place. your a good reality check and somehow put it all in perspective. So happy trails if you must ride somewhere else but you are much appreciated and needed here. Politics are just a mind set and a delusional one at that.

  9. Nostradamus than J.P. Morgan. Looking at an old world map from the 17th century tells me more than all the history I’ve been taught since kindergarten. I’m not really keen on the Holy Grail either.

A psychiatrist once told me a simple truth. Everything we do in life depends on other people. I had hoped that the sheer connectedness of early Internet society would bring forth a flowering of constructive political action. Didn’t happen. Nevertheless, I believe instinctively that connectedness is the right direction, even for the most insular and cussed amongst us (self included). So don’t wander too far away LH, your departure diminishes us.

and it really isn’t personal. You are a man of few words, and many of them can be pretty cryptic.   Besides, I think GBCWs are against DDs FAQs.

    Paranormal experiences?

  10. The wagon train still needs it’s outriders and scouts to stay safe. There are outlaws, robber barrons, and for hire killers out on the other side of the horizon. With out the special breed of folk that can ferret out the signs, well, the homebodies that don’t know better can ride right into a gigantic mess.

And I say all of that allegory with the highest respect meant. I don’t know if you remember but I have affectionately called you cowboy before, Lasthorseman. And that respect comes from someone that grew up on the back of a horse, lettered 3 times in high school in calf roping, was a hot shoe corrective ferrier, and went on to ride bulls and saddle broncs in pro-rodeo before the army shipped me to Panama and turned me into a DFH in ’67. So I know cowboys and when I call you one, it is with as much respect as this arrogant old man can muster for anyone.

Your essays, comments, and links have been a treasure trove of information that I have seen, sometimes as a boogeyman, sometimes as a knight in shining armour, and sometimes as a common sense approach to understanding the nefarious ways of those that would rule me. Understand one thing about me Cowboy, I don’t take orders well, I spent a couple of time-outs in the stockade in the army because of it. What I do cotton to though, is someone giving me information that I can use to guide myself along my path. Your work scouting out the stuff you do is invaluable to those that don’t have the eyes to see, or the time to find, those small signs that point to those outlaws over the horizon.

In religions, prophets and revelators are rarely recognized until well after the part they have played has passed. So despair not LHM, your message IS heard, perhaps too well. I know that for myself, I have often gotten caught up in following all the links you have posted, and I have forgotten to get back to you and thank you for them.

So in the spirit of better late than never, Thanks Lasthorsemasn, for all the information that has flowed from you through DD to me.

And in the spirit of a fellow bronc rider, ya’ gotta climb back on, don’t be going away just ’cause your last couple of rides turned into wrecks. Wrap up the bloody scars, splint the broken bones, and keep on keeping on. The Happy Hunting Grounds that our red skinned brothers have told us about is over the next hill, maybe two. But it is there and coming to those that keep on trucking.

    Be well
