Van Flien and Palin can go blow it out their a$$, we will say what we like

Sarah Palin and Thomas Van Flien are lizard people from the planet Trafalmador disguised as human beings, the Palin children were hatched in an incubator, Todd Palin is a mutant whose super power is to remind us of Kevin Federline, and Thomas Van Flein engaged in sexual acts with a donkey and a snowblower.

I will say whatever I damn well please about Sarah Palin, Ann Coulter, Michael Wiener (Savage) or anyone else, because I have the right to do so. If Sarah Palin and Thomas Van Flien don’t like it, they can go blow it out their a$$.

I say a$$, because, much like $250,000 of Ex-Gov Palin’s wardrobe, I know someone is paying her lawyer, and I doubt that it is her.

ABC Shits on Bloggers, and quotes John McCain saying

“She will continue to play an important leadershiprole in the Republican party.”

– Sen. John McCain

This is clearly a victory for John McCain

A hat tip to DKos user Walt starr whose diary Palin’s Attorney Threatening Lawsuits helped make this story public.

In what amounts to an attack on free speech as well as blogger’s rights, Thomas Van Flien wrote a letter on behalf of Ex Alaska Gov and possibly soon to be indicted Sarah Palin (R) which threatens lawsuits specifically against Blogger Shanynn Moore of The Mudflats.net and citizen journalism.

I reserve the right to speculate the potential indictment of Ex-Gov Sarah Palin for illegal involvement with contractors in the building of the Wasilia Sports Complex, as well as the illegal firing of an Alaska State Trooper who had ties to the Palin family, as well as the possible poaching committed by Sarah Palin’s Father In Law for hunting big game without the appropriate hunting tags, and any other potential illegality or conflict of interest engaged in by Sarah Palin during her 30 month tenure as Governor of Alaska.

Further, I reserve my first Amendment right to speculate that Sarah Palin and Thomas Van Flien are lizard people from the planet Trafalmador disgusied as human beings. I have the right to speculate that the Palin children were hatched in an incubator and that Todd Palin is a mutant whose super power is to remind us of Kevin Federline, and I reserve the right to speculate that Thomas Van Flein engaged in sexual acts with a donkey and a snowblower.

I take the attack on Alaskan blogger Shanynn Moore’s right to freedom of speech as an attack on my own, and I will fight like hell to defend her right to freedom of speech. I take Van Flien’s statement as an attempt to intimidate the public’s freedom of the press. Of course, I refer to the citizen journalists who have not been bought of by the Corporate Media. I take Van Flien’s statement on behalf of Ex-Gov. Palin as an affront to the public’s right of oversight of their Government, and an insult to all American’s on Independence day, of all days.

If Mr. Van Flien wishes to press charges against for these statements he has the right to do so, and I have the right to ask file FOIA requests to any state or federal evidence to substantiate my case.

If Sarah Palin takes issue with my claim that she is a crooked lizard person she should have to prove that she is not.

If Sarah Palin takes issue with my assertion that her children hatched from lizard eggs in an incubator she should not have dragged them into every damn speech she has made in the 30 months of her stay in public office, and even then, Ex-Gov Palin should have to prove that she and her brood are not cold blooded reptiles in front of a jury of her peers.

I may not win the case but I would love to hear Ex-Gov Sarah Palin (R-AK) say she is not a lizard person in court.

How dare a mere citizen such as Shanynn Moore besmirch the good name of elected official Sarah Palin, who is clearly innocent despite not having been proven innocent.

What does it matter whether Shanynn published her speech in a public forum on her blog or spoke her mind in the supermarket. Her First Amendment rights, and yours and mine, are fully protected no matter what. If any body would like to depute “or what” they can take me to court.

Go ahead and sue me, Van Flien. I don’t care. You can’t get blood from a stone, but you can find plenty of stone in the place where a human heart once was inside a crooked lawyer.

In the end this comes down to money, the money Ex-Gov Sarah Palin stands to lose in the private sector if she becomes embroiled in any scandals when her 1/2 term ends, and the money that Thomas Van Flien stands to make from whoever is paying him to defend Sarah Palin.

Therefore, I state as fact that Sarah Palin and Thomas Van Flien are corrupt Lizard People from the planet Trafalmadore, and if they don’t like it, they can go blow it our their a$$.

  1. and screw the lawyer who sits around on Independence day trying to find ways to deny American’s their First Amendment rights.

    Patriotism

  2. If my family owned a building supply store, and I was the General Contractor of my own home building project with a few of “my buddies”, I would likely pay a few hundred dollars worth of transportation to give my family business the order for lumber, concrete, wiring, roofing, stone, paint, windows, doors, plumbing, tile, etc…

A half million dollar home is probably worth over a hundred thousand in building supplies. Transportation for several truckloads is less than 2% of the project value.

I have to ask myself, would I stiff my family business for an order of that magnitude to buy locally and save on freight?

Perhaps if I was getting a deeply discounted price from the guy that got the Sports Complex contract, and he threw in a few “buddies” to be subcontractors for carpentry, masonry, electricity, plumbing, landscaping, and excavating.
