You’re going to be hearing more about this little pamphlet, written by an anonymous committee of obscure French leftists.  It has already turned into a global internet samizdat event (880,000 hits on Google) since the arrest of nine French activists suspected of being the authors.  With formal publication by the MIT Press coming next month, its existence has begun to penetrate the consciousness of the corporate media.  If you want to know what the furor is all about, you can rely on Glenn Beck to do the analysis for you, or you can read it yourself.  It might just be a pamphlet written by a crazy bunch of far-left semi-anarchists–people like me.  But even Glenn Beck says, “Take this book and these people very seriously.”

  2. running laps and singing the lyrics to songs off of Breakfast in America. So. I will always have affection for Supertramp. Same thing happened a few years later when Pink Floyd’s The Wall came out. I really can’t figure out why.

    I thought I was being so subtle…..
