US judge who posted sex images halts obscenity trial
A senior US judge yesterday suspended an obscenity trial in Los Angeles after admitting that his personal website contained sexually explicit photos and videos.
Judge Alex Kozinski, chief judge of the 9th US circuit court of appeals, ordered the jury to return on Monday.
He apparently suspended the trial after the jurors, and I’ll bet his honor as well, spent hours watching videos of bestiality and extreme fetishism in the trial of Ira Isaacs, 57.
And what does his honor do in his spare time with his personal website:
The Los Angeles Times reported that Kozinski had posted sexual material on his website and then blocked access after he was interviewed by the paper on Tuesday.
The images included a video of a “half-dressed man cavorting with a sexually aroused farm animal” and a picture of nude women on all fours painted to look like cows, the newspaper said.
Why apparently he’s got a thing for Cows and other farm critters!
And he doesn’t feel his posted video’s were obscene.
“Is it prurient? I don’t know what to tell you. I think it’s odd and interesting. It’s part of life.”
And what does an esteem member of Congress, from California, Dianne Feinstein, think:
“If this is true, this is unacceptable behaviour for a federal court judge.”
For a Federal Court Judge?
I would say it’s unacceptable for Anyone on the Public Payroll as well as those who are the Public, like Ira Isaacs who the Feds have On Trial!!
Who is this esteem judge, why he’s:
Kozinski became the youngest US federal appeals court judge when he was appointed at the age of 35 to the bench by Ronald Reagan in 1985.
Wonder how long he’s been interested in other Farm Animals and Cows?
He blocked the viewing of his website after this came to light, but those who visited and knew the sub-directory were still able to view the video’s and other material the judge had up.
What does this Isaacs lawyer have to say, well in a nutshell:
he called widespread ethical problems on the 9th circuit court.

Jurors were asked to decide whether the films Isaacs distributed are obscene under federal law. They must decide if the films appeal to a loathsome or degrading type of sexual intercourse and whether the sexual conduct is “patently offensive”.
And now we know a possible for McBush’s short list for the Supreme’s:
Alex Kozinski is more accustomed to appearing on lists to fill U.S. Supreme Court vacancies than headlines involving pornographic scandals.
But on Wednesday, the chief judge of the country’s largest federal appeals court was forced to suspend an obscenity trial he was presiding over after sexually explicit images posted to his his family’s Web site became public.
One still wonders what the rove&company were doing in the White House with the male prostitutes possing as reporters?
