I grew up in Iowa, the only shooting would be to scare animals to safety or put them out of their misery. Unlike the animals and the nations scurge and disappointment that settled in New Orleans. In Iowa, people work, they have morals, and come together as communiity. They have accountability for their actions, and don’t believe they deserve or need a handout.

Amazing…my thoughts and prayers go out to those affected by the Midwest flooding. Funny though, I don’t see anyone looting and shooting each other as we’ve seen in other select flooding disasters.
