promotion flow. I rounded out the functionality some, showing you when a diary is promoted in the future or not.

Also, a new title bar. It also shows when we have new comments.

it worked.

There’s still a little lag, where it’s not getting promoted at exactly 11-20 pm, but it does by the end of the minute.
