“Original interview footage derives from:
Noam Chomsky, Michael Parenti, Michael Albert (Znet), John Stauber (PR Watch), Sharon Smith (Historian), William I. Robinson (Editor, Critical Globalization Studies), Morris Berman (Author, Dark Ages America), and famed black panther Larry Pinkney, who is quoted above.
[Pinkney was viciously persecuted by the FBI during the COINTELPRO era for his belief that all races should unite in opposition to the ruling class. His FBI file states: “Pinkney is potentially dangerous due to his demonstrated ability to unify black and white. His associates are Negro, White, and Chinese. Special attention is being given to neutralizing him.” He wound up in prison on a trumped up charge, and remains the only American to have successfully self-authored his civil/political rights case to the United Nations under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. I will be featuring more of my interview with Pinkney in an upcoming film on COINTELPRO.] “
