WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama said Monday he’s been talking closely to Gulf Coast fishermen and various experts on BP’s catastrophic oil spill not for lofty academic reasons but “so I know whose ass to kick.”
Ooh. You scared yet? Obama’s going to kick some ass. You know how he does. You know how he kicked those insurance and pharmaceutical company asses to get us all Universal healthcare. How he kicked those Bankster asses of Goldman Sachs et al to regulate casino capitalism and bring the Looters to justice. How he kicks the collective ass of the Military-Industrial-Complex to stop the siphoning of trillions from the treasury better spent on the health and wealth of America and stop the illegal, immoral and irresponsible war crimes of aggression. And on and on…
Frankly, Obama’s ability to kick ass is limited to a game of horse against an oil-soaked pelican.
Kick some ass. It’s Obama who has had his ass handed to him on every policy initiative he’s attempted.
Yeah, Obama’s on a listening tour of the Gulf to hear whose ass he needs to kick. Holy Crap he can’t even keep the attention of high-schoolers during their graduation commencement speech a he moralizes about the bright future they’re all going to have going off to fight wars of Empire. Kick some ass.
Obama’s facing a “natural” disaster which makes Katrina look like an April Shower and he brays about being in charge and giving marching orders to BP as he participates in a corporate cover-up about the magnitude of the catastrophe and denies the underwater plumes which are undeniable.
You’ve got an ocean of death Mr. President and you’re telling old BP not to nickel and dime the victims while you have nickel and dimed the American people and promised to pay trillions back to private banks with taxpayer debt which can never be repaid guaranteeing it is only a matter of time before disaster capitalism comes to American which will make Greece, Spain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Portugal, England and a bunch of other countries look like an ice cream social.
What happened to all those green jobs and rebuilt infrastructure with our economic stimulus, Mr. President? We’ve got Depression Era numbers for unemployment. Our debt is soon to be bigger than our GDP. We got folks squatting in their own houses. We’ve got an underclass of the underemployed living off potato chip fumes and prayer. We’ve got fellow citizens with no hope, no change in sight and no idea how they are going to make it to tomorrow. More and more working poor. More and more malnutrition. And bigger and bigger economic injustice vis a vis the rich and poor.
And you don’t know whose ass to kick?
Did someone just tell you to go off, get pissed, to show how frustrated you are as just another calculated scene in kabuki politics? The injuns are getting restless Mr. President, time to show em whose boss.
You have a real stern look Mr. President. Show em how serious you can be between “pop nights” with McCartney and Clarkson.
Let’s stop pretending Mr. President. Stop the charade of righteous indignation, not to mention simple competence.
There is only one person who needs his ass kicked.

Corporate Empire has been kicking the ass of We the People since the days of their corporate-spokesperson the telegenic “actor” Ronnie, HW was not corporate enough, “only one term” for him, next another telegenic good old southern boy was given the corporate-spokespersons position for 8 years, a Democrat that was really a moderate Republican, then Corporate Empire decided they needed a new corporate-spokesperson for the 21st century, a take no prisoners, a unilateral corporate warrior that would finally seal the deal for the complete corporate takeover of America & the world, so the corporate owned Supreme Court selected the dynamic death deifying duo of W & Cheney to finalize the brave new world where Wall Street could steal trillions, where the Pentagon could inflict at will death & destruction & torture for more trillions stolen from the people, where the corporate owned brothel in Washington DC could easily obtain the “services” of their corporate John’s, where corporate rule was “undisputed” & We the People were no longer “citizens” only “consumers” for the corporate masters.
Obama won on “Hope & Change” but now we are seeing it seems that he is just the latest “corporate-spokesperson” doing the bidding of Corporate Empire.
Obama the first black president campaigned as MLK,RFK,JFK, with the promise of giving We the People “Change We Can Believe In”, but it is becoming obvious that this new intelligent, telegenic, crusading “spokesperson” is only the latest in a long line of “corporate-spokespersons”.
Obama still has time, but the clock is ticking fast, will Obama “dare” to be the “peoples” voice & stand up to the lies on Wall Street, the lies in the Pentagon, the endless soulless countless lies of Corporate Empire with latest raping of the Gulf being only a small part of their ruthless evil “OR” will Obama be bought & owned by Corporate Empire & be their “corporate-spokesperson” until Corporate Empire retires him & replaces him with their new “spokesperson”????
