As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1.

know that Godwin’s law was supposed to be humorous observation and does NOT make any claim about the validity of a comparison to Hitler or to the Nazis.
It just merely states that the longer a discussion on ANY subject continues the more likely it is that someone will make a comparison to something in the Third Reich.
How many times have you seen people on political forums claim Godwin’s law as a defense against comparing anything to the Nazis? Godwin himself said that there ARE appropriate times to equivocate something to the Nazis/Hitler.
…. but on a realistic note, they do want to deport between 10 and 20 million people, and they are dead serious.
In fact, one can theorize quite legitimately that the political and economic turbulence we’re facing directly correlates to our ongoing demographic transformation and the fear that multiculturalism will hamper the advance of capitalism and the American way of life. Shit, this has been the White, Christian male phobia since Jamestown.
But the tsunami of brother and sisterhood will eventually wash away the patriarchal prerogatives of the self appointed elite.
Watch them scramble everyday in their futile effort to maintain control. The Goldman Sachs takeover of the White House is just a temporary event. When man sees himself as one big family, the current world view will slowly disappear and new institutions reflecting higher consciousness will develop. It is inevitable if man is to survive. Obama’s presidency is a parenthesis, nothing more than a temporary insertion. In fact, we may see a series of parentheses until we can start anew.
