    Women and children marching makes it harder for them to club and shoot everyone.  Nowadays, I don’t think it would make a hill of beans worth of difference. Mow em all down!

    and cannot find again, it’s been bothering me; something about social change being driven by small groups of organized women, how that’s historically a theme. I can’t remember it well enough to get it from keywords, though. Even in wikiquote.
