I can’t find the exact reason but they weren’t allowed into the US from 1965 to 1969. Something about a disagreement with the Musicians union but that seems odd so maybe it was more than that.

Anyway, I got to see them once they were allowed back in, in Cincinnati. The best number they did that night was Victoria.
