On the way back we met these guys who like to come down to this suburban park park to snack on the grass. Apparently the people in the suburb and the big horn sheep co-exist relatively peacefully. Right behind the suburbs are the foot hills where they hang out.

  1. …made me curious.  112 people died building it, according to wikipedia.  Which gives my parent’s hushed “and nobody died building it” when seeing various monumental works across the us and canada a little more context.

  3. it would be so amazing to see big horn sheep in my parks, yet i also feel a little sadness that we have destroyed so much of the lands used by critters so that they need to come visit.

    are hanging out at the Five Finger Strand in Donegal… this incredible beach is below and yeah. sheep are high above us…
