And very nice to see you, Turk! 🙂

  1. … these great pics or seeing you back here again!

    Missed ya, Turk.

This is exactly what my eyes needed to see after these past few crazy days.  Thank you.

  2. Art and light just what I needed. Thanks Turkana. Chihuly ‘s not an artist? Could have fooled me! Then again last Thanksgiving I got into a heated argument with an in law about Picasso who may have been a dick but was most certainly a great artist. This one is flamboyant and uses a medium that is consider to be often a craft. Say who drew these lines and who cares. This is great art to me! Then again I love Andy Warhol and as an artist despise the lines the dealers and critics draw.

very, very nice.  color is breathtaking, forms beyond beyond and texture… oh, i can feel the texture through my eyes… other worlds.

but mostly, cool colors.  lol   thanks.  ðŸ™‚

saw the essay title yesterday but didn’t have time to open.  went back tonight to check it out.  interestingly, one of my graphic design profs brought his work to my attention just earlier in the afternoon.  weird coincidence.

art or craft?  personally, i say art, but why can’t it be both.  there are many media in which art is made, why not glass.
