Happy Monday – the pigs are flying!
Just wanted to let you know I’m heading south tomorrow and
don’t know how much access I’ll have to the intertubes so
if you don’t hear from me for the next two weeks that’s why.
As an aside –
First known pickling of a cucumber: in Mesopotamia (Iraq), 2500 B.C.
The cucumber is a fruit, so technically the pickle is too.
