We cannot forever hide the truth about ourselves, from ourselves.

John McCain

We must win in Iraq. If we withdraw, there will be chaos; there will be genocide; and they will follow us home.

John McCain

Only the most deluded of us could doubt the necessity of this war.

John McCain

Only 33 percent of Americans favor the war in Iraq, according to a just released poll. In a similar poll taken in December, that number stood at 31 percent.

    working on my witr essay

(at 10pm tonight… pre-whoring per the ek model)

decided to take a break and oh my dear good god… BAM!

i’ve run through the other comments and, apparently, it hit the same spot with others…

    wow.

  7. FWIW:   “Ginsburg Astonished McCain Could Win FL on a platform of 100 years war in Iraq and phony slogans of “Victory”…

“…that McCain is careful never to define. In my view, McCain’s mantra about “victory” in Iraq is the 2008 equivalent of Nixon having a “secret plan” to end the Vietnam War in 1968. Somebody should please ask McCain what “victory” would look like exactly and how he would get there. Intensively patrolling some neighborhoods and cutting them off from traffic with blast walls are not measures that can be kept up for very long. Then what?”

“Besides, someone please do me a favor and actually read the list of bombings and killings appended at the end of this post, occuring in downtown Baghdad and elsewhere, and tell me why John McCain thinks things are just hunky dory there. Is it a racist thing where it doesn’t matter how many Iraqis are killed as long as US troops aren’t? Even then, 5 US troops were blown up on Monday. Yeah, that’s real calm…”

And that, in a nutshell (an apt word when talking about McCain, right?) is the important story the media’s missing while they spend 24/7 trying to stir up personality clashes between the Presidential Candidates.

    really and truly

it freaks me out to look at the picture.

at first it was like hahaha… but not really.

it’s like Quint was really describing McCain and not a great whites in Jaws…

    he’s got lifeless eyes

black eyes like a dolls eyes

…when he comes at you he doesn’t seem to be livin’ till he bites you

and those black eyes roll over white
