but i very much liked Child of Man
the new one with Jack Nicholson, the guy from Will and Grace, and the wonderful Morgan Freeman. But that’s 2008 so it doesn’t count AND i haven’t even seen it yet… but it just looks like a good three-kleenex box movie

… movies this year.
But La Vie En Rose was fantastic – when I saw the previews online I had to go see it — and dragged 3 of my friends along.
It was one of the best movies I’ve ever seen, period.
