Headline = RNC loses bid to raise unlimited ‘soft’ money

WASHINGTON — A federal court Friday denied a Republican Party bid to raise soft money, the unlimited donations from corporations and individuals banned by a 2002 campaign finance law. In a separate ruling, judges said a conservative group can raise unlimited sums for independent election ads but must regularly disclose its donors.

  2. SNAP OUT OF IT!!!!!

    🙂

Temp should get up to low 70’s this afternoon… almost warm enough for me to get going with some desperately needed spring cleaning projects. Time to switch the pandora to the james brown channel. lol

  3. because it is evocative of my recent journey……

I am a recipient of victimization and abuse…..

and as such I have a real owie around victimizations….

a zero tolerance so to speak…..

I grew in an environment that filled me with fear and uncertianty as a child……

then as a young man the burden of knowledge filled me with dread of the future……

as time progressed I experienced a large measure of powerlessness…..

and that filled me with rage…….

over the last two years I have gone thro a transformation of that….

and find myself without fear and empty of anger…..

I am not full of joy or love or anything at this moment just free of fear and anger……

and am truley looking at the world for the first time thro a different heart and eyes…..

so I feel as if I have walked across a bridge and find myself somewhere new……

I am resolved to spend what remains of my life resisting what I know to be wrong…..

but no longer out of rage….

    I feel free….

    and at rest in turmoil…..

but it no longer terrifies me…..
