Obama's Duty To Prosecute Bush For War Crimes by: Patriot Daily Mon Dec 29, 2008 at 14:14:19 PST Obama promised that he would investigate and prosecute Bush team for "genuine crimes"  because no one is above the law, but he would not prosecute "really dumb policies."
