US Elections Live: Hour after networks call, Romney yet to concede
Typically the defeated concedes before the winner speaks. One theory is that he (Romney) isn’t willing to concede, the other is that he doesn’t have a concession speech.

the only reason I ain’t been over your joint lately is becuz I have nothing “non-dispiriting” to say. Melvin’s voice resounds in my wilderness. And when he sez my words are dispiriting, that pulls a man up short. when I have something en-spiriting to say, yours is the first place I’ll go to post something positive.
I refuse to go down as “dispiriting.”
